I have stayed in some nice Airbnb and hotels throughout the years. But Gale ‘s place felt like no other. first when u walk you will notice everything is clean and decorated beautifully. Everything it top notch from appliances to the shower heads. Beds were just that way I liked mid firm. Beautiful pool and outdoor.. when you inside it just feel so peaceful ☺️ and relaxing 😎. The house has everything you will need to make it a memorable vacation.. Looking forward to staying here in near future.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! I literally told my family countless times that I want a house exactly like this one. On top of the house being spotless, it has a really cozy and chic vibe, it’s decorated and renovated so nice with all the extras one could wish for; it’s got a really cool fireplace, a spacious and screened patio with a bar counter and window into the kitchen, it’s got a lovely pool, a fire pit, a bbq, a yard for the kids to run around in, TVs in every room, board games (we played Scategories one night and laughed so hard together), and the beach gear was great quality and such a help when we went to the beach in Marco Island. It truly felt like home. Oh and the guidebook Gale created, is literally the perfect thorough reference for everything you need for inside the home and around the area. We hope to be back soon! If you’re in the fence, choose this one, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at this AirBnB. The furnishings and decoration are lovely. You can tell that the host has put a lot of thought into it. Rarely have we seen such a well equipped Airbnb, from the kitchen to the furniture, the laundry room or the accessories for the beach. It really exceeded our expectations. A special mention should be made of how clean the Airbnb was. The garden is also perfect for a relaxing day by the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet. We felt completely comfortable and at home . What did challenge us briefly was the door lock. It’s best to look at the information beforehand not just when you’re right in front of the door (especially at night when mosquitoes are out and about😉). If we are ever in the area again we would for sure stay here.

Gale thought of everything and was the most responsive host we have had in 10 years of airbnb rentals. She was extremely proactive and even set up our crib and high chair for our little guy because she knew we were arriving very late. That shouldn’t overshadow how awesome her place is and the pool was perfect. So clean! Best Airbnb experience. You have to stay here!

Gales place was beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated, and clean. The inside of the house is lovely and had ample room for our family. Gale was very responsive and flexible allowing us to extend our stay and add additional guests when family decided to come visit for a few days. Our favorite part of the home was the covered lanai and pool. We stayed for Spring Break and the weather was gorgeous. A nice cool breeze in the evenings made for enjoyable time outdoors. The neighborhood was ok, gentrified, so there are old homes mixed with a few newer. The backyard area is landscaped beautifully but you can hear car noise due to the house being close to a main boulevard. Also the turn in and out of the neighborhood from the main boulevard can be hectic because there is no street light. Having to cross over three lanes to go North towards downtown Naples during rush hour was a little trying some days.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and matched the description. The house was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing comfortable stay. The screened in porch was perfect for relaxing and eating our breakfast and playing games at night. The backyard and pool were gorgeous just like the pictures. It was a perfect stay. It was so nice to have the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler for our trips to the beach! Marco Island or Naples Beach are both a short drive away and both beautiful beaches. Would definitely come to this house!

Gale was very friendly, welcoming, and receptive to all questions and concerns. The house was exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were friendly. We needed nothing, as the house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay , from utensils and new appliances, to towels, linens and backyard amenities. There was a welcome basket on the counter when we arrived, filled with snacks. courtesy water bottles in the fridge, Very nice touch. Check in and check out was effortless , as Gale provided detailed instructions for everything expected of us. There was also a helpful book left on the table with detailed rules of the house, local places of interest, and instructions on how to work the appliances, fire pit, pool, etc. Had a great stay, and will definitely be returning for future visits. Thank you Gale, for your hospitality, and a very nice experience for our visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. There was ample room for sitting and relaxing. The screened in outside porch was great to eat outside and read. The pool was heated and lit so we could swim day and night. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, and appliances. We did take advantage of the provided beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella to spend one day near Naples pier. Our flight was very late due to a cancellation, so Gale was texting and keeping up on our progress to her place leaving the light on for our arrival. The house is located about 1.5 blocks away from US 41/Tamiami Trail; background traffic noise can be heard when outside, but it was never enough to bother us when out swimming or reading. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Gale’s home was great - exactly as show in the pics. Home has recently been updated and is well maintained - no signs of excessive wear. We loved the backyard (pretty private and large) and pool (perfect temperature and good size for our 3 younger kids). The covered patio with a fan was awesome and used often. FYI, home is on Naples Manor and at the border of Naples. Very close to good restaurants, grocery store, a Starbucks, and Bay / Downtown Naples.

The house was so spotless! Everything that you need is there! Beach items are available. Pool noodle also available which is always a plus. Laundry room is well stocked! Kitchen appliances are top notch and kitchen utensils are not the cheap ones. A great find and a great stay!

The house is perfect. I can not think of one thing that did not meet our expectations. Clean, decor was beautiful, pool was refreshing and the lanai was great. Everything that Gale describes in her advertisement is true. We were six adults and never felt overcrowded. Master shower is terrific. Gale left us a welcome basket and some bottled waters with a thank you note. There is not one thing she didn't think of to make us feel welcomed. Definitely a place that I would rent again.

What a gem of a place. Gale is an incredible and responsive host. The place is so clean and cutely decorated and has great amenities. Great for families.we have family in the area and come often, so would love to stay here again. Rare to find these days, the check out asks we’re completely manageable. Definitely worth the stay!!

This home is absolutely immaculate! You can tell it is very well taken care of and Gale truly wants her guests to feel at home during their stay. My husband and I kept commenting on how homey it felt, and loved the overall look and decor. The backyard feels like a resort — it is just so beautiful and peaceful. Quiet neighborhood, close to many things to do and, most importantly, beaches! Gale was super responsive if we had any questions. We arrived to a sweet little welcome package that we just thought was so kind of Gale to do, as we were on our first wedding anniversary trip. Loved that there were beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler for our use. The only negative thing I will comment on was there were no pool towels. We had to go out and buy some pool/beach towels, if I would have known I would have packed some. But that’s the only negative! Thank you so much for having us, Gale! We will definitely be back in the future.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this home! We took our first family vacation with our 3 kids - one of them being a 1 year old - and I am so glad we booked at the Sunsation Villa! We had absolutely everything we would have needed and more! The kitchen was perfect, the rooms were spacious and all had walk in closets, the furniture and decorations were just perfect and made you feel so at home and just relaxed! The beach chairs and cooler and umbrellas that were provided were a life saver! The house was incredibly clean, the pool was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and safe and the neighbors are very kind! I truly don’t think I will rent any other homes and just book this one every single year at least one time! The host/owner is extremely nice and very responsive! Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat!!

I can say without a doubt that Gale is the best host I’ve ever met. She put a lot of time and care into decorating and labeling and making sure each room has everything you could need. We unfortunately ran into a few of issues with the A/C, but Gale went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, even was responsive at all times, and I can’t thank her enough for that. his was our first ever family vacation and it was absolutely amazing!! This house was perfect for our family and my children absolutely loved the pool. My husband and I loved how we could sit outside on the enclosed patio out of the sun and still be able to watch our kids enjoy the pool. Gale did a wonderful job listing out several things to do around the area, which we experienced most of them. The Naples Beach was less than 10 minutes from the house which was extremely nice. I could not have asked for a better place to enjoy my vacation and make so many memories with my family and that is all thanks to Gale. My family is already working on our next trip back next year, as none of us wanted to leave. If we have the opportunity, we will be visiting this home and Gale for sure.
